Complain for staff attitute
after 1 month i got call from the area manager but he tried to defend his employees. Yet i insisted and he promised to take action.

Preferred solution: replace the people who bullied me, take action with immediate affect, and offer a promotional offer or voucher so i can still go to the branch of boots

MUJI The beach
There were 3 of us went inside the Muji Store to check what to buy.. I was browsing at the tshirt section and I'm opening the tshirt pack and putting it back also once I'm done.
Then a staff came named SAYORA ROZYYEVE employee id 316352, she was with a customer and she just grabbed the Tshirt from my hands and with loud voice she told me "You are not allowed to open this item." I told her how we will know if the size will fit to my husband, she replied you can call me do I can assist you.. But she's not around when we were browsing there for more than 5 minutes. The worst thing about it she cleared us like she pushed us away and let her customer go to the place where we are browsing. You can check the CCTV from between 10:00pm to 10:10 pm January 7, 2018.
We have been disrespected like we are trash.. We were so pissed off and just leave but we came back because maybe she will repeat the same rudeness to other customer so we decided to take her name and employee no. from her manager Mr. Ashok Kri Bishwa 316526 so I can inform you that she need to undergo a training about customer service and to treat all the customer fairly regardless of their ethnicity.

Complaint
I'm Moemen Assem HR director at GEMS academy Alex. While I was selecting two sneakers from Payless - branch smouha Alexandria Egypt- I selected two items labled by 550 LE and when I went to pay the gentleman told me everyone costs 650 LE and the label is wrong.
It doesn't make sense that a big brand like Payless did this mistake. In addition we spent aroun 20 minutes in the branch without seeing the only man on site because he was busy with a very long personal call. What happened made us as a family never goes once more to any of Payless shoes branches.

Debenhams MOE
Hi, I write just to let other people be aware before they are going to buy something. I bought Isadora Primer, Isadora Cover-up foundation/concealer and water proof gel eyebrows in Debenhams IBN Mall (28 April 2017).
Then, I realized i dont need the primer so I called Alshaya Customer Service, I spoke to Ms. Dana (1st March 2017) and asked her if I can have my item replace in Mall of the Emirates. She said yes Madam you can have it exchange at any of our branch, they will give you a voucher card which you can purchase at any of our store. I ended up the call with a big thank you.
Though it is mentioned also in the receipt. So then I went to Debenhams MOE because my house is a walking distance only from my house. I approached one of the cashier from the second floor and told if I could exchange the primer I bought yesterday and she said go to 3rd floor. So, I went....unfortunately they did not allow me to replace my Item and instead they want me to go back to IBN which is a big hassle for me.
It was replace but.... It took a lot of effort. I am definitely not coming back to that store. They treat me like that maybe because I look poor...
though I am really poor..
But I save to buy things on my own. The percentage of poor, medium poor to rich people are higher and if you guys are not taking care of people like us then good luck.

I have complaine at 2 of the staff at strabucks avenue she and he are very bad staff even im pilipino i dont like the way they act.so upsiting very very bad staff telling them my orther is not the one i recieve they speak in our words like "marate" like a bad custumer complaining my order is not the one i got is being not good i have consumer rights i pay good and we are always at Starbucks but changing my other to have the right one is wring or being impolite? Pls guys i work for the money i buy a cup of coffee to relax....not to be insulted...
