This company is nothing but a Fraud. Purchase an item online, never received the item And after 3 mo that they told me they dont know where the package is. Never got my money back never got the merchandise. Lost $1,000. COMPLETE FRAUD. Its a disgrace

I purchased jeans on 1st of Dec-18 and after wearing it on next day it got torn while I was sitting in the car. when i called to customer care, their are not accepting the fact (George-customer service ) and then i visited to the outlet (Olaya-Riyadh-KSA) their refused to accept this. I did not expect this type of customer service from AE and the quality of material.

More pressure

I am working in hnm dcc . As per our contract we need tio work only 8 hrs but here every day we are working like 11 to 12 hours and they are not paying for it and even we didnot get extra offf. We are people we become sick sometimes and if we are asking that i am not well they didnot understand and make to much drama . In this store work pressure is too much but no motivation and appreciate. Even we can do or no but we need to do any how . It’s totally not fare. Shocked Sad

after 1 month i got call from the area manager but he tried to defend his employees. Yet i insisted and he promised to take action.

Dear team on thursday 10/5/18 i visited boots in sahara center to get some products as i am very regular customer. But the attitude of the staff was not only horrible but also I was bullied and verbally attacked. First, since i was carrying luggage with me and was unable to move around due to limited space, I asked helped of the employee named Rajan ( staff No 315924 , given by the manager). ALl he had to do was push the stands in the middle (red boxes)where the items on offer are displayed cos i was not able to pass throw. Yet he ignored my request because also I told him earlier I m not interested to buy WHAT HE WAS PUSHING ME TO BUY (as i have my specific items and i dont like to be FORCED). i ended up pushing your display stands by my own hands because the guy literally turn his back to me and went on the counter pretend to be a manager(he is not!). I left all the basket with items i was going to buy immediately after this attitude and the manager was there witnessed the whole thing (indian lady) and took no action. After 10 minutes I went back decided to get the person details as the actions bothered me as a person and as a customer and destroyed my calmness so that I can fill in a complain. Because I told to Rajan hold my luggage behind the counter so i can pass throw the shop and do my shopping but he refused and told im not your security. There, instead of getting an apology i was attacked verbally by the same man and 1 lady promoted arab nationality named eslam promoter to vichy. Specially the lady jumped in the middle shouting at me and talking exclusively arabic when i told her to step away and not bother me or be involved and not talk arabic cos im not she continued and also started to shout "no problem we are like this", and that i am a bad woman FRONT OF THE FULL SHOP " i told her YOU ARE NOT LAWYER NOONE TOLD YOU T O BE INVOLVED " yet she continued to SHOUT literally in arabic and her only english was IM BAD WOMAN AND GOD WILL PUNISH ME in the mean time, i had asked of course the manager and the details on the boots employee who previously misbehaved but the promoter was not stopping she started to come towards me bullying me more. Then i told "if i was mystery shopper you will behave like this? what will happen ?" "maybe i am shopper or alsaya employee how u know" The arab lady continued more harshly same ironic style "no problem u are bad lady" The Rajan sales person still had not apologized and refused to understand his mistake The indian lady i introduced as manager apologized but typically without understanding what was the mistake If a customer comes and has to carry your display stands, be bullied and verbally harassed there is no wrong to that??? I shall expect severe action against those people and I do not wish to see them in this shop again. Let me know so tat I can continue my shopping AFTER the action has been taken

Dear Directors and CEO, Greeting" I am the father of one candidates who selected for your company on january 5th 2018 2nd group interview from Sri lanka. we wanted to know what was the situation for my sons delay to travel KSA, he is waited for 4 month now the agency said it's take other 2 more month that means June and July. respected sir, you should not promise the agent or not to take there pass port. my son married has 2 kids waited without job had hope to join with in the 40days, reqruitment agency said dont join anywarer your visa underprosecces.now his a hopeless he spent all the money for waiting for your company past 4 month,he didn't join any company after he came from abroad. why are you promissing the candidates like that. your a good company now my son lost every thing just he totally disappoint. it's happened for my son today may be tomorrow you may someother candidates. Hi good afternoon ill send a email regarding your staff working at Battuta Mall at Melano Brands but i dont get any answer the name of the staff is Glenda Balagot she issued a cheque without a fund and ill try to call the store but the staff are very rude same as well the store manager the Philippine lady .I asked her the schedule of that staff but she gave me the wrong info hoping for your action cause i believed your respective company.inshallah ill get the answer as soon as possible

We went to footlocker bairaq mall we start choosing item/s one sales man name Moustafa we ask him in the sale item puma tshirt and i went to Nike tshirt new collection he told us this is not included in sale.we went to the till to pay 3times we ask his attention because we want to pay he ignored us.He told us he don't have change when he saw 20kd bill I ask if he need alshaya card he told us system down.he act so rude thats we go to lillywhites to buy some item and refund the item.

There were 3 of us went inside the Muji Store to check what to buy.. I was browsing at the tshirt section and I'm opening the tshirt pack and putting it back also once I'm done.

Then a staff came named SAYORA ROZYYEVE employee id 316352, she was with a customer and she just grabbed the Tshirt from my hands and with loud voice she told me "You are not allowed to open this item." I told her how we will know if the size will fit to my husband, she replied you can call me do I can assist you.. But she's not around when we were browsing there for more than 5 minutes. The worst thing about it she cleared us like she pushed us away and let her customer go to the place where we are browsing. You can check the CCTV from between 10:00pm to 10:10 pm January 7, 2018.

We have been disrespected like we are trash.. We were so pissed off and just leave but we came back because maybe she will repeat the same rudeness to other customer so we decided to take her name and employee no. from her manager Mr. Ashok Kri Bishwa 316526 so I can inform you that she need to undergo a training about customer service and to treat all the customer fairly regardless of their ethnicity.

Only one bad thing in Mh Al shaya that is we are doing hard work making money for Al shaya, so Al shaya is not giving the Accomadation & transportation Imfact Al shaya is no 1 franchise so Al shaya have to take care of this so we cannot survive... Thank you. (AMEER KHAN)

I'm Moemen Assem HR director at GEMS academy Alex. While I was selecting two sneakers from Payless - branch smouha Alexandria Egypt- I selected two items labled by 550 LE and when I went to pay the gentleman told me everyone costs 650 LE and the label is wrong.

It doesn't make sense that a big brand like Payless did this mistake. In addition we spent aroun 20 minutes in the branch without seeing the only man on site because he was busy with a very long personal call. What happened made us as a family never goes once more to any of Payless shoes branches.

Hi, I write just to let other people be aware before they are going to buy something. I bought Isadora Primer, Isadora Cover-up foundation/concealer and water proof gel eyebrows in Debenhams IBN Mall (28 April 2017).

Then, I realized i dont need the primer so I called Alshaya Customer Service, I spoke to Ms. Dana (1st March 2017) and asked her if I can have my item replace in Mall of the Emirates. She said yes Madam you can have it exchange at any of our branch, they will give you a voucher card which you can purchase at any of our store. I ended up the call with a big thank you.

Though it is mentioned also in the receipt. So then I went to Debenhams MOE because my house is a walking distance only from my house. I approached one of the cashier from the second floor and told if I could exchange the primer I bought yesterday and she said go to 3rd floor. So, I went....unfortunately they did not allow me to replace my Item and instead they want me to go back to IBN which is a big hassle for me.

It was replace but.... It took a lot of effort. I am definitely not coming back to that store. They treat me like that maybe because I look poor...

though I am really poor..

But I save to buy things on my own. The percentage of poor, medium poor to rich people are higher and if you guys are not taking care of people like us then good luck.

Am Dr Rakesh one our your customer at H&M store at Al Makan Mall hafar al batin . This was my third visit today that is on 19/07/ 2017 .

I visited the store for an exchange of my previous purchase and I met a person named "HAZAA" I think a saudi national at the payment counter .. The conversation was

Hazaa - " what you are coming everyday for an exchange ? " ( disrepectfull )

Me - I have come here first time for exchange previously I just bought stuff from your store

Hazaa - " I have seen you everyday coming here for exchange " ( in a rude manner )

Me -" I just confirmed him with my words saying - I never came for exchange before. And I have been buying stuff since past three days everytime I come here based on the requirements.

Later one guy interfered and tried to settle it down saying he was just joking .. And I don't think it's any of his business unless I create some trouble in the store. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable I don't understand why this kind of attitude people are hired by your store.. next time even if I want to buy anything I will not visit the store as I don't want to see that person's face again in my life..

please make sure your stores have pleasantly behaving people.. so that you make business ..

business is not done by putting prices but by having a friendly set of customers relationship people. Thank you

Yesterday i was in pinkberry mushrif mall and there were 4 men standing there so i went to the cashier to make an order then ahe tild me there is a line i said sorry and went back in line while 3 ladies came and i dont feel comfortable with ppl very close to me so i took a side behind them just to make space for me and when it was my turn she told me ur not on line so go back i said whatever i dont need to order and the waitress started to laugh and showing a really bad attitude i was really angry and then i asked for her name she said cat i told her i want ir full name she didnt give it to me and then i asks for manager who did nothing and just apoloģized instead of cat i told her its not ur fault and i want cat to apologize which never happened and even the manager it took me 15 minutes to give me the name of the waitress
